Access is by invitation. The first conversation is with someone who can answer architecture questions, not a form that ends in a drip sequence.
What to tell us
- Where the data has to live. Jurisdictions, facilities, and anything that cannot leave them.
- What has to keep working when the link drops. Sites, devices, and how long an outage can last.
- Who has to be able to prove what, and to whom. The auditor, the accreditor, or the regulator you answer to.
Those three answers determine the architecture, so they are a faster start than a requirements document.
